Shipping & Delivery
Lazy Stacks offers free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. During product launches, promotions, peak periods or periods of high order volume, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email where tracking is available.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched. They do not include processing or dispatch time.
Shipping options, delivery times and any applicable charges may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
We recommend using a secure address where someone can receive the parcel, particularly for valuable orders.
Where available, you may also choose:

Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered by the relevant carrier to the delivery address provided, Lazy Stacks is not responsible for parcels that are subsequently lost, stolen or misplaced.
If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered or has been stolen, please contact us at shoplazystacks@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, product launches, promotional events or unexpected operational delays, dispatch may take longer than usual.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Australia
Orders delivered within Australia are shipped using our Australian fulfilment and delivery partners.

Duties & Taxes
For destinations where Lazy Stacks offers Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping arrangement and will not normally be payable by you upon delivery.
For destinations where DDP is unavailable, your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
United States
Orders delivered to the United States may be shipped from our fulfilment locations depending on stock availability.

Duties & Taxes
Some destinations do not support DDP shipping.
For these destinations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are outside the control of Lazy Stacks.
International Orders
International delivery times can vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier network and local delivery services.
Lazy Stacks cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.
If an order is held by customs because of an issue with the recipient, including unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect information or import restrictions, additional costs may apply.

A delay in delivery does not automatically mean that an order has been lost.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be lost, please contact shoplazystacks@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the relevant carrier.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information and any delivery notifications provided by the carrier.

We may contact the relevant carrier to investigate the delivery.
Where a carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit, Lazy Stacks will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our obligations under applicable consumer law.
If a parcel has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, and there is no evidence of a carrier delivery error, Lazy Stacks may not be responsible for subsequent theft or loss.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully check your delivery information before completing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to Lazy Stacks, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact shoplazystacks@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Lazy Stacks may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our fulfilment processes, delivery partners, shipping services or applicable requirements.
